January Newsletter & Price Increase Information
January 19th, 2009
Although it feels an age away let me start by wishing you a peaceful an joyous new year
2009 promises to be an interesting year and I sincerely hope the current financial crisis does not get any worse. Unfortunately this has affected our area too and we received news from Aura-Soma this week that they will be putting up their prices as of the 1st of February.
Below is an extract of the communication from Mike Booth:
Due to unforeseen, unprecedented circumstances in the world finance markets, an unavoidable realignment of our sterling prices is required. This will be introduced from 1st February, 2009.
We have tried to hold off from doing this increase for as long as possible, but now in the current climate, we can no longer avoid this.
Even though we are facing huge rises in costs of production and transportation, our commitment is to maintain the price of our product wherever possible. However, to give some advanced notice, we will raise all prices from 1st February, 2009.
We have held the current prices for 2 years, and given how raw material and other costs have escalated, this move now becomes necessary. We have resisted this move for as long as possible as part of our commitment to our friends and customers.
We look forward to your continued support and the development of the Aura-Soma system in the world at these critical times.
In love and light
Mike
Our prices will also change on the 1st February to reflect the increase. To help the transition over to the new structure, we will honour all orders placed before the 1st Feb even if we do not currently have all items on hand.Below is a table showing the old & new prices on popular Aura-Soma products.

On a more positive note we are now on twitter. It’s a great way to get up to the minute updates so join us for news on Aura-Soma and other related topics. See you in tweetville!

Chamael Update
November 25th, 2008
ArchAngeloi Chamael
Mike’s Message
In the revelation of the Aura-Soma® colour system, the Archangel Chamael was the eleventh archangel to be revealed and appears in Equilibrium Bottle B104. The ArchAngeloi Chamael Essence encourages the feminine aspect within ourselves to come forward to help us trust in the intuitive within ourselves, to honour the right side of the brain and the left side of the body as it comes to a new place of recognition, a re-establishment of balance.
Chamael brings in the energies of compassion and love and is one of the seven archangels that attend the Throne of God as protector. Chamael who, in times of need, can be called upon to protect a village, a town, city or nation, as well as sacred spaces, and can also be called upon in an interpersonal way to help with people’s health and well-being.
The new bottle - Archangel Ratziel B106 Pale Misty Olive over Pale Misty Violet is now appearing in frosted bottles in the 25ml and 50ml sizes. If you have purchased this bottle in the past, you will have noticed that the two fractions did not appear misty and this is because at some level within ourselves we have managed to clear this from our consciousness.
When Archangel Ratziel made his prescence known to Mike Booth at the time that the bottle was birthed, he did request that he appear in an opaque form. It is interesting that he is known as the Angel of Supreme Mysteries which may very well be why he wanted to appear opaque. He is also the author of the Book of Raziel which contained secrets to the mysteries of the universe as well as the answer to these mysteries. (The Encyclopedia of Angels by Constance Victoria Briggs).
For further information by Aura-Soma Products Limited please see below:-
We are delighted to announce that B106 Archangel Ratziel 50ml and 25ml bottles will be henceforth delivered to you in the new frosted bottles. We have done this so that visual presentation is more cohesive with the name and colours of the bottle, to actually come into alignment with the requests that accompanied the birth of the bottle.
The Archangel Ratziel is a master alchemist and when this bottle was born, Mike said “Ratziel is able to transmute conditioned patterns through inner alchemy towards pure gold. The colours of this bottle are milky or misty pale olive over misty lilac. In a sense it has the potential of making conscious the situation and circumstance to do with bitterness of the past and turning it towards the sweetness of spirit. The misty quality in the upper fraction, slightly disguising the olive is already part of the alchemical process.”
Since the bottle was born we have experienced clearing of the ‘misty’ element in both fractions. This is felt to be the result of the alchemical process at both the trans-personal and personal levels together, which emphasises the transformational process of this amazing gift of Bottle 106. We feel that choosing the frosted bottles for B106 is in alignment with first inspirations as above: an alchemical process towards inner clarity without the need to identify with our conditioned patterns.
We hope you will love and embrace our frosted Bottle 106 and enjoy the visual uniqueness of the little miracle which is this appearance Archangel Raziel.
New Bottle B106
October 23rd, 2007
How exciting - a new bottle has arrived to take its place with the other Archangel Bottles. For some months now, I have felt the stirring of a new bottle waiting to be born!
I was pleasantly surprised this morning to see that Archangel Ratziel had arrived and such beautiful colours too. It looks delicate but the sense that I have with it is that it is extremely powerful.
It is interesting that it is another level of B17 Green/Violet which is known as The Troubadour 1/Hope. It also has an attribution to the Sign of Aquarius.
Olive is a colour which helps us to find the hope in all situations particularly where we have faced difficulties in our lives. The B17 is also about persecution from the past and it helps us to release this.
B106 is the possibility of letting go of the persecution of the past to be able to find the hope not only in the present but also in the future. It reminds me of a light that constantly burns and can not be put out.
We have placed an order with Aura-Soma Products Limited and although the bottle has not been poured yet if you would like to pre-order the bottle we will be able to send this to you as soon as we receive it in stock.
We are hoping to come back to you by Friday with an update on when this will be available.
Love, Light and excitement

A New Bottle is Born - B106 - Archangel Ratziel

| Archangel Ratziel B106 - Misty Pale Olive/Misty Lilac Born - 22nd October 2007 at 3.19 pm |

| Dear Friends,
I feel really honoured to be presenting you with the birth of the new bottle Archangel Ratziel, it feels like it is an incredible step forward. On Friday, 19th of October 2007 on Shire Farm at the sixth Chakra, we planted a three meter standing stone. One of the symbols associated with Ratziel just happens to be a standing stone. Thus there is a very strong connection with Ratziel and this stone. In a sense it is part of the activation of Shire Farm in relation to the planetary grid, the light network emerging towards the new time on the planet. Ratziel is a master alchemist; he is able to transmute conditioned patterns through inner alchemy towards pure gold. The colours of this bottle are milky or misty pale olive over misty lilac. In a sense making conscious the situation and circumstance to do with bitterness of the past and turning it towards the sweetness of spirit. The misty quality in the upper fraction, slightly disguising the olive is already part of the alchemical process. It has an incredible smell and I think probably in the whole range of the Aura Soma® system, is one of the strongest smelling bottles. It is both invigorating and relaxing. This transmutation of bitterness (of experiences of the past towards the sweetness of spirit) overcomes the conditioned patterns, loosening the bars of conditioning towards a perspective of the wisdom that lies within. There is a sense that something new is being born in synchronicity with the new standing stone on Shire farm, and the gathering of some of our distributors from around the world who happen to be at Dev Aura at this point in time to share in the energy and the birth of Ratziel. Three signs that something new is being born. How does this Archangel, who helps us bring forward our gift and overcome our challenges, somehow facilitate the increase of the light web through the human and the planetary grid connections? Ratziel is also an Archangel of personal empowerment; helping us where we have held back from situations and circumstances when we might have stepped forward. Ratziel empowers us to do the right thing, to be able to express what is necessary, to take up our role as part of the solution rather than be contributing inadvertently to the problem. It is true to say that dealing with the karmic seeds of the past is to be able to overcome or transmute those seeds into something more positive, which is a consequence of the quality we bring in the moment to whatever we do; to be present to the wonder of the moment and not lose ourselves. These are initial thoughts in the first few moments after the birth of Ratziel. I hope that you get a sense of the significance and importance both globally and individually in relation to the birth of this Archangel at this opportune moment in our planetary journey. Bottle B79 - The Ostrich
October 19th, 2007
This bottle is one which mystified me for quite some time - more by it’s name - The Ostrich rather than the colours of the bottle.
The Violet in the base fraction lies in the unconscious mind and is really about a deep process of transformation which leads us into a different way of being and thinking. It helps us to come to a place of wholeness within ourselves and has the possibility of bringing peace when we feel a sense of loss.
The combination of the Orange with the the Violet has the possibility of regaining a sense of wholeness not just from this lifetime but also beyond this lifetime.
Violet also relates to wanting to be of service in the world and wanting to help to point others in the direction of their own personal wholeness.
With Orange combinations we talk about healing the time-line and Orange is able to stretch deeper into time in order to reconnect and re-balance difficult situations of the past.
It brings in deep insight and where violet relates to intuition, the Orange relates to gut feelings and instincts which means that we may experience our intuition deep within the body.
The myth of The Ostrich is that it buries it’s head in the sand when sensing danger and people have often assumed that the Ostrich is afraid. This would be assumed to be a good coping mechanism in dealing with fear if it were true.
Perhaps the idea of burying one’s head in the sand is more to help us to centre and to be in the moment to enable us to come from the best place in ourselves to respond to whatever life offers us.
I used this bottle just after finishing a chapter in my life where I made the decision to work for myself and to do Aura-Soma full-time. It was also just before 9/11 and I felt
that it really helped to keep me together in all situations. I was able to find that point of stillness inside where I knew that I had the strength to deal with all circumstances.
One of our practitioners John had the following wonderful input on his experiences:-
“For me, B79 has been one of the most intense bottles at both extremes. Both representing a joyous, blissful fulfilled spirituality and then on the other hand a confronting realisation that I am avoiding issues that are really in the way for me.
Having used the bottle several times my experience is that each journey with the bottle of B79 has had a bias towards one of those poles, with a view that the other is also there.
I always think that we really know when we are avoiding issues but can become complacent and at home with the easy life. It can be easy to leave the difficult truths aside so as to have a smooth ride. Problem with that being, that we also really know we cannot be fully alive and at peace until these problematic, confronting situations are dealt with. A reason for choosing confusion in the un-enlightened mind and a reason for choosing laziness and stress in the mind more awakened.
These unfinished or incomplete situations always bring more light and the possibility of a truly fulfilled journey once they surface and the shocking truth is acknowledged and accepted and ultimately healed.
Once we are aligned with our own truth, accepting of our nature, loving and aligned with our life as an unfolding then I think that B79 can reflect the complete bliss and intense joy that may arise from such a state. Such a yummy, joyous feeling that there are no buried problems keeping us from feeling anxious just below the surface, but that instead we can look into our inner world knowing that there is a depth of insight and acceptance; that we are in it for spiritual fulfilment.”

Bottle 74 - Triumph
October 6th, 2007
Well at last a blog that is not just about postal news, although they are striking AGAIN, but rather something that is based on inspiration. I have decided to write a blog every couple of weeks about each of the 106 bottles currently in the set.
In July 2006 I ran my first colour day for Aura-Soma Practitioners and since that time I have run four other colour days with a Violet day coming up later this month. I have found that in running these days it has provided me with a deep insight into each colour and this knowledge has extended into my personal knowledge of the bottles.
It is from this place that I would like to share each bottle with you. I was going to start with B0 and work forward or B105 and work backward but that felt too ordered. Instead today I am going to write about B74. The reason why I chose this bottle to write about is because I have a set of the Aura-Soma Tarot cards which I choose from every day. The card of the day helps me to feel inspired and tap into the essence of the colours of that bottle which is very supportive on that given day.
Bottle 74 is Pale Yellow/Pale Green and the name of the bottle is Triumph. It has a Tarot relation which is the five of pentacles and is also the pale version of B07 which is known as The Garden of Gethsemane - Test of Faith.
As B74 is a pale version of B07 it stands to reason that we may be experiencing an Intense test of faith however, the name of the bottle is Triumph which appears as if there is a resource within us which can help us to overcome this situation.
Perhaps the answer to this lies within the pale green which is the energy of the heart. Sometimes it feels as if our head is at loggerheads with our heart and we don’t always know which to follow.
The clear is added to the Yellow/Green to make the pale/intensified version of the bottle and perhaps it means that we need to be clear about what it is that we would like to create.
Clear can also indicate a level of suffering within the being and this may also be part of the test. Each of us has had a sense of suffering and it can help us to be more in tune and compassionate toward someone else’s difficulties.
Green is also about direction and making decisions and sometimes this may feel like a difficult step to take. It may be that there are many different situations to take into account as well as taking other people’s feelings into consideration.
The Yellow in this bottle is about the possibility about finding joy and a lightness of being within ourselves. It helps us to understand ourselves more deeply and to understand what our needs are. This is like an inner compass and helps us to find the space to acknowledge what is right for ourselves rather than what we have been conditioned to believe what is right.
Our conditions of the past might have taught us that we should not rock the boat too much and sometimes it can seem more difficult to find our own inner truth which is separate from what we have been brought up to believe. So this bottle can also bring about a great deal of inner questioning however, this helps us to get right down to the heart of the matter.
It is also my belief that when we are tested we are never given more than we can handle (although at times it does feel like we have taken a lot more on board).
With 2012 fast approaching, we have the possibility of creating a new way of being on Mother Earth and there is more general awareness around recycling and global warming and a new term has been invented called our carbon footprint. Now more than ever before, we have a deeper understanding that the way on which we choose to live on the earth creates a rippling effect and we are each important and can make a difference.
This new way of being is a possibility for each of us and we step closer toward this time we may be releasing the pain and suffering from the deep past to allow us to feel a new sense of freedom and joy. This is a personal triumph.
The bottle shakes to Olive which is to do with The Feminine Leadership of the Heart. Olive is also about finding the hope and carrying it within our hearts for a brighter future.
Olive teaches us how to absorb all the wisdom of the past including the pain and suffering without being embittered with us. It has been a necessary journey to help us to recognise the love and light within each of us.
At the time of writing this, I was speaking to a friend and we were discussing how present trend of frequencies may be bringing up different heart issues to be looked at and made whole.
There appears to be a balancing taking place within men and women at this time - men are exploring the heart energies and women are learning how to speak their truth.
It is a time for self empowerment and as we can find the courage to do this for ourselves we can be a guiding light for others to do the same in their own lives.
I hope that you have enjoyed this and I look forward to sharing the next bottle with you
Love and light

Most Popular Product over the last two weeks
June 6th, 2007
The popular product of the last two weeks has been both the Emerald Pomander and the Room Spray. As quick as we have packed them onto the shelf, they have flown off again!
The pomanders were developed by Vicky Wall to offer a protection for our energy field and the room sprays help to protect the energy field of a room.
Although all the pomanders will protect the aura for up to two and a half hours each colour brings in a different element to that protection.
Emerald Green is helpful for protection of the heart and I find it extremely useful when I feel vulnerable. As 2012 comes closer, I suspect that energetically we are releasing a great deal of unwanted emotions that have been stored in the emotional body over many lifetimes.
In the past, we had more time to clear these feelings away slowly but now with 2012 approaching the energy has also sped up for us to release this quicker.
The Emerald of the Heart is also our Connection to Mother Earth and there is a sense of the microcosm and macrocosm within our own lives and Earth.
Heart and Earth are the same letters just arranged differently which also connects to our connection to earth. At this time there is a greater awareness of recycling material and caring more for our planet not just for our lifetime but also for the generations to come.
Aura-Soma first introduced the addition of crystal tinctures to the products in 2002 to empower the energetic solution of the products and the Emerald tincture was the first to be introduced. It was said that the last time this energy was available was during the time of Atlantis and it was added to all the green frequency products. This added a new level of vibration to these products and the first product I experienced it in was the Emerald Pomander.
It added a lightness to the product but I also felt a deep sense of grounding and connection to Mother Earth.
Vicky Wall (the founder of Aura-Soma) also used to speak about the importance of the Green Ray and said that we were moving away from the Yellow Ray that the collective consciousness worked with closely through the Piscean Age as we step toward the Green Ray of the Aquarian Age.
The Piscean Age was learning about power and empowerment and the move to the Aquarian Age is about the move to our own empowerment and coming from the heart space. As we empower ourselves we have the possibility of being an example to others to help them to empower themselves.
Green relates to truth and it helps us to align with our own truth while at the same time respecting other people’s views.
How beautiful that the Emerald Pomander is so popular at this time and may we continue to grow together.

Lady Portia - B59 Pale Yellow/Pale Pink
April 16th, 2007
Dear All,
Very often, when receiving orders, I notice that there is a certain trend for most popular product and over the last two weeks B59 has proved to be very popular. It would be interesting then, if we looked at this bottle in greater detail.
Lady Portia is one of the Ascended Master Bottles and Lady Portia appears as a character in the play ‘The Merchant of Venice’ by Shakespeare. In Aura-Soma philosophy we see a link between St Germain and Lady Portia as it has been said that St Germain can be associated to Sir Francis Bacon and Shakespeare.
The motto behind the quintessence and bottle is ‘Judge not lest ye be judged’ and very often we do not judge others in such a critical way as we judge ourselves. The principle behind this is that if we judge ourselves harshly, then we attract an energy of being judged by others towards us.
From a colour perspective, the pale yellow in the top fraction opens us to the possibility of joy. Yellow also offers us courage to face what lies within us and also in external situations. Through courage we open the door to empowerment and as we empower ourselves we can be an example as to how people can empower themselves.
Pale pink relates to warmth, compassion and unconditional love and Lady Portia is helpful in bringing this energy towards us so that we can see ourselves through the space of warmth and unconditional love.
The Pale colours of the Yellow/Pink also have a direct colour association to Yellow/Red (B5 - base chakra bottle) and Yellow Pink (B22 - The Rebirthers Bottle) as the B59 is a tint of both these bottles.
Pink is also to do with a process of awakening that starts in the red. Red is about grounding and the material side of life as well as passion and energy. When we shine the light into the red we find the pink and the awakening in the pink teaches us how to be grounded and how to walk lightly on the Earth.
As we shine the light into the material side of life, perhaps we come to an understanding of abundance - there is more than enough for everyone and if we love ourselves enough we will know that we are worth all the wonderful and positive opportunities that are waiting to come towards us. A key to the concept of abundance and the pink experience is that the Universe waits to provide our needs in each moment, however, we only receive what we think we deserve!
Through the pink the passion becomes compassion and as we bring this towards ourselves, we find it easier to share with the rest of the world. Lady Portia teaches us how to discern what is right for us in each moment by being kind to ourselves.
B59 shakes to Pale Coral and this is to do with Love Wisdom - we balance the love and the wisdom to do what is right for us in each moment. It helps us to let go of situations that have not been appropriate for us and helps us to find a new way of being within.
The colour of the quintessence is Gold and this also helps us to discern clearly what is right for us. It also helps to release tension around the Solar Plexus Area.

My Royal Blue Pomander Experience
January 11th, 2007
This morning I had a beautiful meditation and sense of peace when using the Royal Blue Pomander. I have used this pomander on several occasions before but this kind of experience usually happens to me when I use the Deep Magenta Pomander.
I meditate every morning and use a pomander first. I have the selection in front of me and intuitively feel for the one that will benefit me the most that morning. Sometimes I am surprised by what I pick and other times I have an understanding of the selection.
When using the Royal Blue Pomander this morning, I experienced a deep stillness that pervaded not only in myself but also in the room. When putting it on, I could sense the silence and peacefulness of the room and I realised that this is what deep peace felt like.
Sitting down to meditate, the peacefulness and stillness continued and I could sense a sound that was a silent sound. It felt as if it was the sound of creation when it first begun. It has been rather windy and blustery here, and on top of the silent sound I could hear the howling of the wind and the world outside and yet it felt very far away. It felt as if it was just a mask for the silent sound.
In Aura-soma we link Lady Nada to the Royal Blue and Nada means sound or Sacred Sound. After the meditation I realised that two of the bottles of my lifetime soul selection has Royal Blue in the top fraction. This means that as a soul incarnating on the Earth I chose to learn life experiences through the Royal Blue. As it appears in the top fraction of my second bottle it also means that it is a deep lesson to learn which can become a gift and pearl of wisdom.
If we associated one of the colours to the zodiac signs then the Royal Blue would relate to Capricorn which is my sun sign. Through this experience I feel that I have come a little closer to understanding the Royal Blue.

The Sacred Journey - Day 6
November 6th, 2006
This day was a day of mixed feelings for me as I was going to miss three of close friends that were leaving the next day, although I was really pleased to know that I was going to still be at Kubu Lodge for five more days, participating in The Listening to the Star Within Course and the Final Day of the Sacred Journey.
We went to Linda’s farm as a large group for the last time and we walked down to a sacred amphi-theatre on her land where we shared our experiences of the last six days with love and gratitude.
Linda said that when she first realised that she had the task of taking a group of sixty people on outings, she thought it was rather daunting and she initially felt that it would be best to split the group into smaller groups of ten. When she met our group, however, she realised that we could not split up and she said that our group was like the lions. We thought with our hearts and felt with our minds.
I, myself, noticed how the group never complained or created any difficulties for anyone wherever we went. There was no tension in the group and it created a beautiful and loving unified experience.
When we were sitting and speaking as a a group, people had so many beautiful things to say and it was clear that we were all touched very deeply by our White Lion Experience. Someone spoke about the loss of there white cat just before the Sacred Journey, and someone else spoke about how the saw Zahira more as a Pink Lion rather than a White Lion because of all the love she had to give.
The baboons that had left signs of their presence all through the week decided that on this morning they would watch us from the trees above. It started off where we heard their calls from the distance and then the rustle in the trees. They came swinging from branch to branch, watching us, adults and babies alike.
We had a lovely lunch at Kubu Lodge and went through to a Xhosa village where we were welcomed by traditional drumming and dancing. We were shown firsthand village life and it started off for me as a really lovely experience.
All through the day after my experience at Kaapse Hoop Mike asked me if I was feeling ok and I thought that I was fine. As night set in and there was no electricity in the village I started to feel strange. I felt as if I was looking at people through other eyes that were not my own and I felt quite cut off from myself.
Dinner was served around a fire but I did not feel that I was able to eat. I went for a walk and kept seeing faces coming out of walls, trees and other structures! After dinner we went through to the kraal where there was traditional dancing and drumming around the fire. This would have been a fantastic experience, I am sure, if I was in my body!
People were dancing in the centre of the circle and it became a beautiful sharing of songs around the world. Afterwards a medicine woman through the bones to offer a message from the Lion Ancestors although admittedly I do not remember much at this point.
On the way back on the bus, I started crying uncontrollably although I still felt numb. Mike said that the tears were releasing something that had been frozen in my past. I think that I also felt the loss quite deeply of my three close friends leaving the next day.
So for me Day 6 was as much of a beginning as it was an ending ….
My own experience with the White lions
November 6th, 2006
Our little group of five was due to see the white lions on the fifth day of the Sacred Journey in the afternoon. We went out to Kaapse Hoop that day which turned out to be a really long drive there and we were only due to leave at around 3pm. This would have meant that we would not be able to see the lions in our slotted time.
I felt quite disappointed as each group had come back with some incredible feedback and you could see how the White lions had touched each person very deeply. My feelings during the day varied from anger, sadness and then to resentment but then the most amazing thing of all happened to me …. I let go of any expectations of seeing them. It wasn’t just a mental letting go that would help me feel better but it was a true letting go.
We eventually left Kaapse Hoop at around 4pm and on the bus back we were told that we were going to be the first group that was allowed into the 300 hectare enclosure at night as this was when the lions hunted and ideally Jason did not like to disturb them.
The feeling of excitement and relief was palpable in our group and when we reached Kubu at 8pm we scoffed our food down and we were ready for our journey. We were recommended by Mike to use the Gold Pomander to draw the lions towards us and we felt that it was really important to use the Lady Nada quintessence too so that they could feel the unconditional love from us.
Andy took us outside to Linda’s property and we waited for Jason Turner to take us in the Landrover to our wonderful experience. We used the pomander and quintessence in the dark under the African night sky which was filled with stars.
When Jason arrived he explained that he was able to track the lions as there was a solar powered collar on Marah and another on Letaba and depending where they were in the 300 hectares he would be able to see a reading on his handset. The further away they were would be two or three and the closer they were would give him a six or seven reading.
He established that they were near the river bed which was there favourite hunting place and so we made our way there where we received a seven reading. He didn’t want to crowd them so we waited in a clearing with the lights switched off. It was completely dark and it was amazing to think about the lion’s eyesight that they were able to hunt in the dark.
The pride was not coming any closer although we still had a seven reading and Jason decided to do some bundu bashing to find them. It is really difficult to explain the feeling that you have inside you when you have only heard beeping on a handset to suddenly have them appear in front of you in a clearing without any fences between you.
They were close to the perimeter fence they had the scent of wildebeest the night before and of course Regeus was lying down comfortably while the rest of the pride looked quite alert. Jason used a red bulb to view them so my experience of the lions were more as a dull red rather than a white but their beauty was able to shine through any possible way that you could view them!
Marah was scratching against a tree and apparently this was a territorial movement. Jason commented that they were in typical hunting mode and one of the girls said that it felt like the lions were just ignoring us.
The lions are used to the Landrover and to Jason but of course they could sense the different people in each group. Jason said the fact that they were ignoring us was because they felt comfortable with us and they were accepting of us otherwise they would disappear and they can be very hard to sight if they choose to be.
A few minutes after he said that they did disappear and I honestly thought that we wouldn’t see them again. We asked Jason many questions about their hunting and feeding patterns and I was under the impression that because they had not been in their enclosure for very long that they were only eating warthog and porcupine.
Imagine my surprise when he said that they had been successfully hunting and eating wildebeest for some time now. Even Regeus, the lazy hunter had managed to take down a wildebeest all by himself and of course he chose to eat it himself too.
Jason decided that we would try and find the lions again as they had not returned and we came upon them in a clearing where they were very alert for hunting. They kept walking further and we felt like the fifth lion of the pride as we slowly followed Regeus.
Marah came back and circled the jeep and she was only a few inches away from us. We felt no danger and Jason said not to make any sudden movements. In fact Jason still had his window open. She was so quiet when we passed and her sense of grace and beauty was such an honour to sense. A little later Zihra chose to circle the jeep after her mother too and this was also such a wonderful feeling.
After trailing behind the lions, Marah decided that it was time to double back and go into the bush to pursue their quarry. Zihra had been hiding in the bushes and decided to jump out at Letaba and Regeus - how wonderful to see the playfulness in something as serious as hunting.
So we got to see each of their faces in close proximity too and words cannot express the beauty and dignity that was portrayed in each of their faces! After two hours in the bush Jason asked if we were happy to head back and give the lions the space to carry on hunting. We couldn’t see how this experience could have been more special and we agreed that it was time to go.
On the way out we saw a little fleet footed Duiker, the eyes of the wildebeest hiding behind bushes and some other buck.
This experience is one that I will treasure for the rest of my life, particularly that this is not open to the public and it really was a very special occasion that we were able to spend these moments out in time with them.
The Sacred Journey - Day 5
November 6th, 2006
This day for me was probably the most challenging day of the whole journey and without realising it, I already had some resistances to going a few days before. On Day 5 we went to Kaapse Hoop to see the wild horses which also linked to the Unicorn energy.
Kaapse Hoop is a Sacred Site in direct alignment with the Golden Nile Meridian and it overlooks Barberton valley where the first gold was found. The rock formations have fossil records of the first life forms on earth and the outing was to include a two hour walk along the plateau in search of the 400 Wild Horses who were Guardians of the Unicorn Energy.
The previous evening we were told that if we did not want to do the two hour walk we could wait in the town and somehow this felt like the right thing to do. When I woke up in the morning my stomach was very bloated and uncomfortable and my ankles were very swollen. I tend to find that this happens when something energetic is working through me. As I had no intention of doing the two hour walk I decided to put on casual shoes that were not appropriate walking shoes.
The fifth day of the journey was a bank holiday in South Africa and this is known as Heritage Day and with this in mind we were going to have a traditional lunch in Kaapse Hoop. Our journey was very long and it we travelled through some beautiful landscapes within the Drakensberg but then it felt as if the landscape changed abruptly.
All around us were large rock formations that looked as if they had been thrown around by a giant having a tantrum. There was no structure or form to these formations and I felt very uncomfortable. I found out that we had reached our destination and it felt very different from the energy of the Wild Horses.
Kaapse Hoop is a little town which is built in a very unusual way. Some of the houses and structures were made of tin and I wasn’t certain where I would wait with my friend Ursula while the others went on their walk. The time passed very quickly and after lunch it was already 2pm and I didn’t see how the two hour walk would be possible.
Ursula and I went to speak to Mike Booth to let him know that we were not going on the walk and that we would wait in the village. He said that we were going to do a brief walk and that it was really important that they whole group go on the walk. Needless to say that Ursula and I were far from impressed and we had to clamber up different rock structures in not entirely suitable footwear to reach where we were going.
When we reached the top, there was a plateau and the rest of the group had made a final scramble to the top where the view was very beautiful. I somehow felt that I could not reach the top and found that I had to stay where I was.
Mike spoke about the journey of The Fool in the Tarot Cards where with trust and faith we stood at the edge of the cliff and in that moment I felt this inexplicable need to jump. Fortunately I was able to stop myself from doing this and the rest of the group went into meditation which I felt that I just could not do.
Linda spoke about the Unicorn energy and to call this toward us we should whisper Shen. I tried doing this but just found that this innocent and pure energy was very difficult to connect to in the environment that I was in.
The group then used the Holy Grail and Solar Logos quintessence and although I did not use it I could smell it and feel it in my aura. Very swiftly the energy became softer and I knew that the work that we had come to do as a group had been done.
Later on I asked Mike why I was so resistant to this place and he told me that I did not like places of sacrifice. It felt important to ask if I was the one that had sacrificed but he said that I was the sacrifice. This then made sense to me why I felt so resistant to the energies of the place.
As soon as we left Kaapse Hoop I started feeling better although I didn’t realise that this was only the beginning of me releasing the past. It was interesting to see that the South African people in the group all seemed to feel a resistant to this place so I f think that it was also something in our collective consciousness that we chose to clear at that point in time.
When we got back to Kubu Lodge it was already dark and late and we ate a candlelit dinner in the boma. We had a braai (barbeque) which was something that our group of five rushed through as we were off to see the White Lions.
Aura-Soma Healing through Colour, Plant and Crystal Energy
October 23rd, 2006
Unfortunately the book “Aura-Soma Healing through Colour, Plant and Crystal Energy by Mike Booth and Irene Dalichow” is out of print at the moment and when I spoke to our Distributors they were unable to give me a date when this would be printed again.
![]()
The newest book available is called The Aura-Soma Source Book and this is a very good alternative as it contains the most up to date information at this time, including information on the colours, the different sets within the Equilibrium range, the full range of pomanders, the full range of quintessences, colour essences and also the ArchAngeloi.
We have received excellent feedback on this book from different customers and we will let you know as soon as the other book is back in print.

Sacred Journey - Day 4
October 22nd, 2006
This was a lovely day as we went out to the Drakensberg mountains and spent some time in Graskop. The mountains appeared ahead of us and the landscape changed as the vegetation became more luscious. Linda said that Dragon Mountain (Drakensberg) was the spinal column and tail of the Great Dragon mountain which is also Africa’s primary ley-line. This ley-line is presided over by Archangel Michael and it was of special significance for those people that had attended the Glastonbury tour in August.
Linda pointed out to us that you could see the outline of a lion in the mountain and it was if interest to watch the Blyde River below us snaking its way through the valley. It felt to me as if it was the possibility of getting in touch with the kundalini and helping it to rise through the body.
Bly in Afrikaans means joy so the Blyde River is also the River of Joy which also connects to yellow and gold. So to allow the kundalini to rise and to get in touch with our Incarnational Star was the possibility of getting in touch with a deep joy within.
We stopped at a very beautiful reserve where you are able to look out at a breathtaking view of an expanse of water below you surrounded by mountains around you. Another famous land mark in these mountains are the three outcrops which are called the Three Sisters.
The atmosphere was peaceful and as a group we did a silent meditation using the ArchAngeloi Michael and connecting with his presence at this particular point of the ley-line.
While I had my eyes closed I saw the image of a beating heart with a sword in front it surrounded by fluffy wings. I had connected very strongly with Archangel Michael and it felt that this was all that I needed to do.
Outside where the bus was parked there were some market stalls where African jewellery, tablecloths, carvings and musical instruments were available to buy. James Asher bought some drums, xylophones and other wonderful things. That evening we had a party using the instruments that he had bought. The staff of the lodge joined in and it really felt as if our family had expanded.
Sacred Journey - Day 3
October 12th, 2006
Day 3 - 23rd September
This was one of the most special days for me of the Sacred Journey. We were up very early in the morning so that we could have a Sunrise Equinoctial ceremony on the Nile Meridian that runs through Linda Tucker’s property. This line is referred to as Zep Tepi and it means first time.
The ceremony took place at 31 degrees E:08 which is in precise alignment with the tip of the Great Pyramid in the North. When we reached this point we found that there were some crystals laid out on the point of the leyline and this is where we gathered to meditate.
Linda picked up one of the crystals that had been moved and she said that the baboons had knocked it onto the path to remind us of them. Throughout the six days the baboons could be heard in the background as a constant reminder that they were there too.
We used the gold pomander and when settling down I noticed what could only be described as a little fairy ring. It was encircled by grass and it appeared to have little stones in it. I noticed that there seemed to be an energy coming from the ring which appeared to be a fine mist.
We each did our own meditation and I felt that it was important to open my eyes to truly appreciate the beauty that was surrounding me. When I looked up there were many flocks of orange coloured birds flying overhead. Orange in Aura-Soma is to do with healing the time line and is also about the possibility of getting in touch with our own insight and deep bliss. Isn’t it an interesting connection that we were working with Zep Tepi which is a leyline that runs all the way from the Nile down to Durban and that this is referred to as Zep Tepi - first time?
After the meditation Mike said that we had been working with the air element and at times there was a light wind that seemed to pass through us. This wind was not unusual during our Journey and it appeared on many occasions when we were meditating. We chanted some ancient words into the air that Linda sang for us and it is my hope that these beautiful words were carried with love to where they needed to go.
The day before Linda mentioned that we could leave crystals at different times of our ceremony and I had brought quite a few crystals that I had taken from our land that we own in Sterkfontein. Sterkfontein is referred to as the Cradle of Humankind and has become a protected area by the South African Government. It felt appropriate that I should leave some crystals that I had brought with from Sterkfontein in what felt like a very Sacred Space.
After the Ceremony we had some free time and we could go into the little town of Hoedspruit if we chose too. Linda also had her book Mystery of the White Lions, Children of the Sun God for sale as well as cards and posters which portrayed the four lions.
I chose to stay instead to buy the book and I was fortunate to have it signed by Linda herself. I felt drawn to tell Linda that I left the crystals from our land that morning where we meditated and she said that in the deep past when the sabre tooth lions walked the earth they had a link with man. She felt that it was significant that the crystals I had laid down were placed in the Tiimbavati as a symbol that we were ready to work with the White Lions once more.
We had a Sunset Closing Ceremony at a different part of the land where we formed a circle close to a termite hill that had some crystals placed on it. It was an interesting circle as some people were in the valley and others were on top of a hill! We connected and chanted in a space of love and also held a meditation. We used Lady Portia quintessence this time and it felt very appropriate.
On leaving we all circled the Termite hill and it seemed to hold a lot of energy. Again, I felt drawn to leave some crystals from our plot in Sterkfontein.
Dinner was lots of fun and we had ate outside at Jos MacDonalds. Our group split up into different little groups as we found tables that seated six people each. I really enjoyed myself, especially connecting with the other South African girls. We had so much fun that we were very reluctant to head back so early. When we got back to Kubu the party continued. We were fortunate enough to have James Asher on the journey with us who is a fantastic musician and makes many CD’s which are sold by Aura-Soma. We were slightly challenged for music as James had no instruments to play and he was even drumming on the table which two people were able to dance to!
Eventually after a good time was had by all, we all went to bed in preparation for Day 4 which was going to be a coach journey to the Drakensberg Mountains.
Sacred Journey - Day 1 & 2
October 11th, 2006
Day 1 - 21st September
This part of the journey involved a rather long and arduous seven hour journey to Kubu Lodge in The Timbavati which is very close to Hoedspruit. There were around 50 people on the coach and we were all very grateful when we got to Kubu Lodge at 8pm that evening. We ate dinner and most of us had an early evening to prepare us for what was to come.
Today was the day that we were to meet Linda Tucker - the Guardian of the White Lions on her own land.
Before taking the coach on the 10 minute journey to her land we all shared a meditation. I saw a Sphinx with the head of a Lion and I saw four wooden bridges that intersected in the middle. I was invited to walk into the centre which I did and thereafter I did not remember much else. I came out of the meditation feeling very peaceful and calm.
Linda Tucker was lovely to meet and she had two Shangaan trackers led our group through the Klaserie River Bed which lies on the Meridian from the Nile River through to Durban. She asked that we take off our shoes and walk on the river bed so that we could get a sense of the Meridian running under our feet.
Unfortunately there were too many us to all hear about the different spoors that the trackers were able to identify but something of interest is that when the White Lions were first released into the wild, the first prey they hunted were the porcupines. Porcupines are new on the evolutionary chain and by hunting and eating them they were able to absorb the porcupine energy medicine into themselves.
Our journey ended at an ancient baobab tree that is said to be around fifteen hundred years old. The bark was solid and sitting against it made me feel nurtured and protected. Some people sat in its branches and we all understood that she had many secrets absorbed within her waiting to be shared.
We sat and ate a lovely picnic lunch under her branches and after lunch we performed the first of our ceremonies.
We discovered that each ceremony over six days would be based on an element and today we were going to honour the water ceremony.
Someone was chosen as water bearer and took a large wooden bowl down to the river to collect some water.
Mike Booth explained to us that water comes from a different place than earth and water relates to our consciousness at a very deep level. He asked that when we felt ready, we should each touch the water and send a blessing to the water.
When it was my chance to stand in front of the water, I closed my eyes and saw a large lion. I have not really understood the lion in the past and it’s role as king of the jungle and I feel that this journey helped me to understand the Lion’s Role. Without really understanding what I was asking for I blessed the water and asked that the lions resume their rightful place in the world.
After everyone had blessed the water, the water was taken back to the river to intermingle with the rest of the flow so that our blessings could go as far as the water could carry them.
During the ceremony someone saw a little leopard cub and there were monkeys that were playing in the trees on the outskirts of where we were sitting. This was a reminder that we should not take everything too seriously but to also have fun!
In the afternoon we had a real treat as some Shangaan children performed a ceremony to do with the Freedom of the White Lions, They sang and danced beautifully and it was a joy to get in touch with their love and innocence.
After dinner we watched a video of the White Lion Story which I found particularly difficult as it featured why Linda was trying to help the White Lions back to freedom in the Timbavati.
Unfortunately White Lions are being bred in camps as future trophy symbols for people around the world and they are shot in captivity which has coined the phrase of “canned hunting”. The lions have no where to run and they are sadly being exploited. (This will appear in a different blog) There was a short clip of this in the video and for me the evening ended on a bit of a saddened note.
What I have since understood is that it is necessary to send to love to everyone and that what ever we see is all part of a bigger plan.
Energetically, our group was there to heal the land and to play a part of laying the foundation of a new and beautiful future to come.

South African Experience
21 September - 8 October 2006
From the new moon to the full moon

A sacred journey into the heartland of the animal kingdom and listening to the star within

Our Sacred journey will be guided by the great White Lions of Timbavati. White Lions are the ancient guardians of Gold.
Journey towards your Incarnational Star which lies in your golden area, then participate in the “Listening to the Star Within” to consolidate your journey and experience.
By doing so, explore and re-activate the energetic link with the subterranean Gold Seam that runs straight south from the Nile.

Start the sacred journey with a day of meditation in the sacred site of Tsau! This is at the very heart of white lion kingdom of Earth.
Tsau! is the word for Star-lion, and Tsimba-vaati means “The Place where the Starlions came down from the heavens”, in the ancient Shangaan language.

Programme for the journey will be put together by Mike in consultation with Linda Tucker, the Keeper of the White Lion Sanctuary.
Dr. Fritjof Kraft (Rahasya) and Nura will be offering courses during the programme.
We will journey to some of the most spectacular landscapes and sacred sites the planet has to offer, encounter the wilderness of Africa, its animals, wisdom traditions and spirituality. Many suggest this was the birth place of humanity.
The White Lion Reintroduction is not a commercial programme, but it is committed to the protection of our Sacred Heritage. It is therefore not open to the public, and the Aura-Soma group has been specially invited by the White Lion Custodian with an intention that we are able to make contributions on many different levels.
