Dolphins & Angels

Well I am back from South Africa after a very beautiful journey. I returned on the 3rd October and have come back to the office today. It has been very difficult to settle as it feels as if my consciousness has expanded and I feel very different to when I left just under three weeks ago.

It always amazes me how so many changes can occur in such a small space of time but I suppose it is the quality of the experience rather than the length of time. Many people have asked me if I had a good time and what I had experienced and I have found it difficult to put into words. How do you explain about the earth work that was done, or your personal experience with four white lions that are being released into the world? The same white lions that are the basis of a myth of how to right the wrongs in the world?

Or how do you share about a group of 56 people that lived, breathed and existed as one and how each one was given the opportunity to find their inner lion and get in touch with their own lion heart? How do you explain the absolute kindness of the staff that worked at the Lodge at which we all stayed? Their love for us that went beyond duty that helped us to feel a sense of belonging and love and respect for the African Culture.

Over the next few weeks, I am going to share with you from my diary what I have experienced with the hope that we can all find and nourish the Lion Heart that lies within each of us.
